Unlike the chain fitness gyms, we prefer a smaller group of hardworking individuals in which we can assist and train. Our passion lies within your steps towards your goals.


Personal Training

The backbone of our structure. Our personal training service is a complete training regiment consisting of Crossfit, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), TRX Suspension, power and olympic lifting schemes, athletic performance, Vertimax, and active recovery. Through each workout, you will see improvement leading towards your goal. You will have our undivided attention and unparalleled training guiding you every step of the way. It is our passion to see you succeed.

Performance Training

Back in 2012, when I had opened up AST, I worked with an athlete who was playing basketball for an Italian team overseas. He was back one summer and wanted to get some work in. The very day he messaged me to workout, I started putting together a plan for him. And since we scheduled a session at 5am, I wanted to be prepared. I was up by 3:30am and made my way to my gym by 4am. I wanted to be there a little earlier to set up the different workouts we were going to do. As soon as I pulled up to the gym, I immediately heard the shooting machine going off and the sound of the basketball hitting the rim and hitting the floor. When I walked in, I saw him, drenched in sweat. It wasn’t even 5am, most people weren’t even awake.

Performance training is the complete training for the athlete that wants to out perform their competition. But what sets us apart from any type training is the ability to build confidence in oneself. The hardest part about dunking wasn’t the path, it was seizing┬áthe opportunity and executing within the game. When you train at Quek Performance, we will make sure you execute at your highest ability when you have your opportunity.


Simple nutritional guides that are common with today’s popular eats will help guide you through your nutritional goals. At Quek Performance, we use a easy to manage carb cycling diet to achieve your heath needs. If the opportunity presents itself for a diet, we recommend (with the nutritional ingredients) foolproof shock and cleansing diets.

Proactive Recovery

In today’s sports, the average athlete’s muscle and ligament strain is four times greater than what it was four years ago. Because of this, active recovery has become a vital part of our personal training services. We offer deep tissue massage with the use of our massage gun improving circulation and minimizing lactic acid build up, KT Tape in vital areas, and major and minor muscle group stretching for any type of proactive recovery.
